Glazed partition walls

Our glazing solutions can serve as either a stand-alone system or be seamlessly integrated with our partition systems.

The panels are typically joined by means of an interlocking structure and sealed with silicone or transparent joint profiles.

The fittings (ceiling, masonry and corner) are made of anodized or painted aluminum profiles, meticulously designed to ensure fast and easy installation, effectively eliminating hard-to-clean spots.

Glazed partitions can be manufactured with a 45 mm double-glazing system or with 10 mm single glazing.

The 45mm system consists of two panes of 3+3 mm clear safety glass assembled on an aluminum support with moisture-absorbing desiccants.

The 10mm system consists of a single pane of 5+5 mm clear safety glass.

The internal connections between modules are made with an internal nodal joint and sealed with silicone or else an exposed polycarbonate or aluminum profile.

The ceiling and floor connections can be made with curved aluminum profiles, guard rails or flat skirting boards.

All materials and finishes comply with GMP guidelines.

GMP Annex 1 is the EU standard for “The Manufacture of Sterile Medicinal Products”. The manufacture of sterile products is subject to special requirements in order to minimize risks of microbiological, particulate and pyrogen contamination.

Stainless steel furniture and equipment can be found in most types of cleanroom environments, and that’s because of its unique features: stainless steel is durable, attractive, easy to clean, corrosion resistant, and able to withstand vigorous cleanings.
